Beisier Hammer Crusher Mill

A hammer crusher is designed for handling the wood treated by  shredder or chipper(size of the chips within 30 mm in width and 20mm in thickness).Chips are further crushed into smaller particles by hammers. A hammer crusher works mainly by means of striking-energy to break the material. When a hammer-crusher starts, the motor rotates the rotor in high-speed, while the material evenly comes into the crushing chamber, the high-speed hammers on the rotor strike, shear and tear the material, thus material is crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself makes the material flying away from the hammer to the block plates and screen bars inside the cavity. Underneath the rotor, there is a screen plate, the well crushed material will pass the screen while the big size material remain above the screen and to be hammered again until they are crushed qualified and  pass the screen.
