Characters:
1.Press rollers' bearings are outside placed,  with oil
cooled ,lubricated, also with recycling water always
cooling the oil . So, except motors, Pellet machine is
grease-free! Bearings are always work in good condition.
2. With 11 precise temperature sensors, Intelligence
Control system can control the feeding automatically. Safe
And no need take care of it  save your time and manpower. 
3.Design considered avoiding dust and noise. Workplace is
Healthy and comfortable. 


Press rollers' housing_ these bearings are the most weak parts in the machine, since huge load resulted high temperature which normal grease cannot bear or special grease cannot work successfully and cannot work cheaply.

Recycling cooling water_ cooling bearbox, work cavity, left and right press rollers' housing. The best temperature for oil is 40-60 Celsius degree, over 80 degree, the oil film will break thereafter no lubrication.

Temperature sensors_ There are 10 sensors monitoring main motor(3Pcs), gearbox(1), work cavity(1Pc),middle bracket(1Pc) ,press rollers' housings(4Pcs)

Traditional machines have to adjust the press roller's gap before starting. Our machine can be adjusted while running. It is convenient, fast, accurate. The 2 gaps can be adjusted simultaneously and synchronously.

Editable PLC system. Preserved IOs for customer to add functions according to their condition

Custom special manufactured. The smallest gear fatigue design lifetime is 30,000 work hours. All gears are grinded thereafter low power lose and noise. Equiped with high and low temperature protection system, high precise oil pressure meter, piping cooling system. Lubrication before machine start control lock.

Middle bracket can move integrately.  It is easier for press rollers changing.
